[WTA] Signing SnP

Good day, sifus!

Wish to ask about the right way of signing SnP. Hope you could share your experience with me.

I was about to sign SnP for my first home. Called to law firm and was told that they are not willing to meet me on weekend. So, they ask a dispatch to deliver the SnP to me. My dad advised me to sign SnP with the presence of lawyer instead of delivering it back to law firm.

My questions are:

1. it norm for law firm to practice sending SnP to client instead of meeting them face to face?
2. Is it safe to do so?
3. What is the best and safest way to sign SnP, to avoid any conflict in future?

My Plan
First house and for own stay. Might sell it off after 10 years.

Pros
1. Close to new LRT Station 11.
2. Plenty of F&B and few highways.
3. Few options for school (child).
4. Township project (hope the project complete soon).

Cons
1. Near High Tension Cable.
2. Mostly tandem parking.
