PROS

1. quite cheap for the size.

CONS

1. quite near to the landslide area but they say already rectify the problematic area. (anybody hv more info on this matter)

just want to ask wether its safe to give photocopy of 'geran kereta' to others? actually im selling of my car, and a buyer ask me to email him a photocopy of the geran.

so is it safe? can he do anything with it if he's a conman or something? just curious and trying to be on the safe side.
