Unexplored Selayang Heights Landed by Metrogen

Guys,

Anyone know anything about this new landed property situated at inner Selayang Heights. Apparently the developer for this project is Metrogen. Not many people know about this and only the locals.

As of now, no sales or launching yet but the construction already started. Heard the showroom already built but no one can go and see.

Anyone has any idea about this? The price heard is about RM1.1 and above for 3 storey landed. Not sure if its Semi or Bungalow or Superlink.

By the way, I have attached an arial view of the place. Let's explore.

Secondary Market or New Development

Hi all,

I am wondering whether to buy secondary market or new development.

Here is the thing, I am currently looking at two secondary market typically in Selayang - one is the Taman Amansiara Townhouse - RM350,000 (1100 sqft) close to Selayang but address in Mukim Rawang and Taman Raintree Condominium RM400,000 (1100 sqft) which is very near to Batu Caves temple.

One is condominium and the other is townhouse. Both are strata title.

I am wondering with that price, should I go for new development (heard there is new one in Kepong) for the price RM450,000 but get less than 900 sqft?

By the way, the Amansiara completed for more than 4 years and Taman Raintree about the same. My budget is going upto RM400,000 only.

I came across this article here and thinking if I buy new, then there is no much hassle when it comes to maintenance etc. Even renovation also save a bit. I just need to get furniture.

Need all guru to give advise which to go for? If you were me with RM400k budget. It's for my own stay. I don't have money for investment.
