Procedure to premature terminate shop rental

Hi,

I have already discussed with my landlord and will terminate my rental before 1 year contract period. He already accept and keys return to him.

We do this on trust basis. Are there any legal letter or forms that I have to prepare or is it ok that we just settle ourself?

Indian spiritual thing question

Dear all,

Recently I rent a shop. The owner of the shop is still doing some clearing up so I not yet started my reno. The previous tenant is indian using the shop as internal office meaning no customer walk in. They just do their stuff.

Just now I just got key from owner and night time i go visit the shop. I notice there got this indian prayer sticker on the wall at certain location about 8 or 10. Only remaining is the sticker.

Previously when i go view the shop i got notice they got prayer altar but all they remove already.

Because i go with my fren and he tell me need to becareful make sure the sticker is not have spiritual thing. He say if they pray there need to invite the spirit or what to leave if not it will still there.

As i am not indian and my fren also not indian, any indian here can share if I can just remove the sticker?

Profit margin for baby shop

Hi, I would like to ask if anyone have experience with shop selling baby items such as clothes, milk powder, diapers, etc etc?

I have researched retail industry such as groceries and see that the profit margin is quite low like sell milo, flour, etc only earn like 20 sen per sale.

How about baby stuff? Is it have higher profit margin?

I just receive letter from you stating that the bank already registered with gst and will start charge on April on services such as gold., mutual fund etc etc. Then like dat means if we don't get 6% return we will rugi to gst? To maintain a saving account also will kena?
