who ripped me off?

Date of transaction: 7th to 10th Feb 2010

Details of the complaint :

I'm not sure who actually ripped me off. Maybe u guys can help be the detective.

Here's the story.
- I was interested in the microSD with the adapter.
- Nego, deal agreed & I paid for the item.
- Seller confirm payment received, item shipped & give tracking number.
- As per pos tracking details below, item was suppose to reach me by 9th afternoon BUT only ACTUALLY arrived at my office today 10th Feb about 4+PM .

- Pos express envelop feels like nothing inside & when open REALLY nothing inside.
- Envelop seal was intact b4 opening.
- SMS seller at 6pm to inform him
- Seller reply that he did put item in & suggested maybe item was confiscated & also asked if any letter or notice was given.
- My hp batt went dead & i haven't communicated with seller after that cos too pissed off.
