I heard there r a lot of development in Kota Laksamana, Melaka.
One of it is the Impression City. The developer will build a city as the name suggested. Amber Cove is just a residencial area inside the Impression City...

Juz wondering is it worth to buy it, for investment...

Location not bad, should have no problem renting it out. But will it cause me a lot of problems eg roofing etc...
