Selling of plantation soil

Hi guys,

My family has a piece of land which was a rubber plantation, and we would want to level it to make a plant nursery.
I was advised that after leveling the ground, I should sell the leftover soil.
I would like to ask the price of the soil, which a quick search on Google shows prices ranging from RM25 to RM300 per lorry.

How would I know how much can I sell the soil?
Is there anyone I can engage to test the soil, to know the value?
Is my soil considered top soil?
I am seeking help here as I dont want to get conned.

tried to poison him with i5 and he said ok
1. but i read some reviews and i see that i5 is quite hot with the stock cooler?

3. is i5 a waste of money for my bro as he only uses the pc to host a website and connect remotely from work, aside from watching movies, Visual studio and internet?
4. should i wait for more reviews of the i3? my bro needs a new pc quite urgently

Hmm... my brother uses his pc as a server, 24/7... n seldom play games... the most is dota, counter strike...
He uses Windows Server 2003, n i see many many applications running, do u guys think that getting a Q9450 is wasting money? give reasons pls
As For graphics... I really dunno, suggestions pls
And lastly... LCD monitor is the worst of all... Dun even know where to judge from and choose

hi... i just bought an arctic cooling freezer 7 pro... b4 that my PD was running at 61-63C no matter i was surfing net or gaming... n the fan was at 4200RPM

after installing the AC with anabond (the freezer was 2nd hand) my temps was worse... 63-68C when surfing internet during a hot afternoon... dunno wat is wrong.. is it my processor problem?

2nd, when i stress test with everest, the PSU +3.3V will sometimes drop to 0.000V then i get warning from intel desktop ultilities... n the processor graph sometimes will shoot sky high at a temp 255

today my comp just auto restarted when i was surfin the net... dunno wat to do now... nid pros help there!

Side Effects of handphone n wireless?

hi, i dunno whether this question been asked b4 or whether i posted in the right place, but well, here goes...

1. when i sms and fall asleep, the next day i wake up, it sure feels like not a good nite sleep.... sometimes will have slight headache.... but when i put the handphone away from me, no such feeling at all...

2. i have a wireless modem and i sleep between my desktop and the modem, so all the data is going thru my body when i sleep

when i sleep while downloading files, i will wake up in about 4 - 5 hours... but if the wireless is off, i'll sleep to about 7-8 hours which is a good night sleep... anyone who have these experience? are these gadgets related to my experience? dun flame me pls

erm, i have a problem, each time i bring up my Live messenger, it has an error which says

A Runtime error has occured. Do u wish to debug?

i just formatted my computer and last time i didnt have this problem at all, any way to solve this? I cant find the thread for WLM last time if i'm wrong for posting here someone pls give me the WLM thread link.
