About The One Academy, help?

Hello and greetings to everyone! >///<
I'm a 18 years old girl who have a passion about art and really interested enrolling at The One Academy
Unfortunately my family is not financially well-equiped and if I want to persue my dream on The One, they'll be only able to support me financially on my 1st year

I've been thinking a lot and decide that I must try to reach my dream no matter what and I'm ready if I have to spend my college days and work on my free time even though I already heard the standard there is higher but I believe that "if there's a will, there's a way"

Because of that, I've a few questions that I would like to ask to my seniors here:

1. How much is the fees for Diploma, Degree, Foundation? Will I able to pay for the 1st year first then the 2nd year later or do I have to give full payment until I graduate as soon as I apply? (I'm a bit clueless when it comes at university sorry ^^; )

2. Does The One Academy provide student loan for international student?

3. What is the differences between digital animation and illustration? Would anyone tell me more about it?

4. Is there any chance for me to work and study in Malaysia? What are the jobs that available for girl in my age there? (any job is welcomed! I'm ready to do anything I can to persue my dream)

5. I'll also need a room between RM 250 - RM 400 that near The One Academy, any preferences?

It would be nice if you guys could share a bit here and there about life there as well
Thanks before!
