I'm looking for a prospective investor/business partner to expand my business (Used Car dealership). This is an existing business that is still running and profitable.

About myself
I'm a former Banker and hotelier that have transitioned to trading cars for over 8 years now, started my own place since year 2017 trading second hand cars until today. My current location is in Seremban with dealings throughout peninsular.

What you can expect?
1. Decent ROI around 2%/month
2. Relatively low to zero risk of capital loss.
3. Traditional trading business so there are physical goods and low running costs.

Who I'm looking for?
1. Someone who is looking for a new business to manage actively or no
2. Should have minimum capital of RM100K or above as we are dealing with cars (not cheap)
3. Interest in cars is a plus but not a necessity

Hi guys, advice would be really helpful

Recently I upraded my car sound system (a Toyota Vios E spec , 2010 model) by buying some of the second hand stuff from a friend who has upraded.

What I have now is ,

HU - Toyota Vios E spec Ori Stock HU
Front Door Speakers : Dominations mids/Tweeter with passive xover
Back Speakers : Vios ori stock Aux speakers
Amp: Audiobank 4 chn amp
Subwoofer: Kicker 12" Subs

My Components and subs are powered by my Amp while the back speakers are still by the HU
Also my music playlist is in .mp3 format with at least 320bit rate

My problem is that the music does not feel 'surround' and I get sharp piercing music that isn't very clear to my ears that is annoying to myself and passengers...

Frankly, I blame the installer as his not able to offer any good advices or get it tuned... and the other shops which I have visited recommended me to change to a Pioneer HU...and also to remove the Back Speakers

Need some advices on what to do , to get a quick fix without burning a big hole in my wallet.

Iphone 4S IOS 5.01 frequent data drops

Hi guys I just recently bought a Iphone 4S 16gb DIGI set,

I realized that sometimes.. I mean ALWAYS my data connection will drop randomly... like when I'm surfing Facebook or using Safari , all of the sudden there'll be no connection. But my phone signal will still show as having 3-4 bars 3G connection.

This happens all the time, and I have to go to settings and reset the Cellular Data on and off before it works like normal again.. but after awhile the same problem repeats... its bloody annoying as I'm supposed to have a phone that has an ALWAYS ON connection to receive mails and messages.

Is there any way to fix this or should I just get my set changed?

Salesperson bearing bad debts.. salary deduction

I've tried to search the internet for similar cases and a proper way of settling this matter but couldn't find much information. Perhaps someone who has been in this situation can help me better?

Situation:

I work in the Sales department of a 4 Star Hotel. A reputable company upholding labor laws.

Recently, one of my clients paid in full for one of the events via Bank Transfer BEFORE the event so everything was well. However, only one day AFTER the function, my accounts department realized that the client banked-in the amount to a bank account number which has one number wrong.

I've double checked with the client and the amount was bounced back, and they said that they will pay me again. However, they have been giving excuses after excuses and delaying payment for ONE month now. And its the same excuses everytime, now their even avoiding phone calls.

So, now the situation is that I am given another month to collect this so called 'bad debt' from the client otherwise company or rather my financial controller representing the company has written in email that I will be held accountable for the debts via salary deduction.

Lastly, I am now asking. Is this legal in practice? As I am not paid via comission or was there in writing anywhere in my signed job description that I will be held accountable for company's bad debts. If things turn ugly and I cannot collect this debts, I would like to get some advice and credible facts before proceeding with replying my email.

Hopefully I can get the customer to pay us back, but I still do not like the way they are threatening on salary deduction when it is not entirely my fault and the fault was actually accidental or fraud by the client.

Appreciate any help!
