help with my desktop

the last time it still works is yesterday, lol, playing watch dogs.😵 as far as ive used it again past a month moreless. .. and it wont turn on. all seems to be working. i even dispose myself ectrified myself. 😓 All the mobo could do is keep BLINKING BLUE LED? i did lots of research. There are some said it define the system in standby mode. some said the 2 power pin fault. some said it the bios struggling, so need to clear cmos. well i did what i could for now. i took all parts from the mobo, except for mobo itself attached to the case due to lack of tools and my place doesnt safe for the procedure and my lacks doesnt have another sets of pc.😢. for now im took them apart. Ooo.. i did took out the cmos battery too. mmm.. all usb off. hurm... i loved my rig very much lol. seriously. estimate value is secret. just check 10.10. 2010 on my receipt.. just passed warranty period. currently trying to check the front panel power button connector, as some assume it can be the prick sometimes.my rig wasnt homemade, its custom made by assembler. since its been working well past 5 more years ago. whops i forget to mention this pc i have, its only been revive past a month more less until now, u may conclude that its definitely obsolete. but u should see how the assembler did a very good job by place the cpu, mobo, tidying the cables carefully, and thats why it still works. as of now i admit its old. but i should say that my combo just quiet a killer, even now perhaps 😙. well for now i left my parts aparts lied around, perhaps with my limited experience, it ll be revive once again.. i doubt that. perhaps anyone can redirect a link to any method which might just work. ask i may i want to request service from anybody have desktop/rig or test bench or any spares psu, mobo to test my parts,coz i dont have another 10k buy another rig. lol. any individual pc expert/experienced around seremban can/want to help me testing my mobo and parts. ive been wandering around oc shops around seremban n seremban 2,lol, even the shop dont have the power cable,they can only suggest me to bought an adapter, R I P lol. i did want to brought my rig to lowyat though. but for now ill try to do anything i can. kindly advise me tq

there are lots of games made under the name of kof. mostlly operating in 2 dimension arcade fighting game. i will list down the kof game along with the author names, possibly the owner of the gasme, to stay legal here. ol.
even so in time ill update n modify the list. appreciate your help and enthusiasm. im addicted to kof game lol.an old friends bring me to this cheao graphic cool power manga powerful character. look at the game itself is such a vintage, nostalgic.
