BANK REJECT DUE TO PROPERTY ISSUE - MENARA DUTA 1

Hi guys. Currently I'm wanted to buy a unit at Menara Duta 1.
I have paid the 2% booking fee and applying loan.
However, 1 of the bank has came back to us, saying they are not giving loan financing for this particular property, and clearly status there is no issue on my profile. The banker even told me if the bank has accepted my application, and issued the bank offer letter, at the end, the bank will not release money. End up, I will need to bear all the legal fee and 10% deposit will be forfeited.

Anyone has experiencing purchasing sub-sale unit in Menara Duta 1?

Details of the complaint :

Today, I saw a post from Carousell selling Samsung S8 from this guy called Mr. How.
He has confirmed with me the phone is 100% problem free, no scratch or dent.

During COD, i have check the phone and phone is cover by screen protector and back skin.
When i back home and peel off the back skin, I found a crack on the back glass this phone.

Therefore i call the seller, the seller said is not his problem and he never drop this phone before.

PLEASE HELP, WHAT CAN I DO NOW?

Enquiry about Acer warranty

Hi.
I just bought Acer 4741G from a shop in lowyat plaza.
The SA told this this unit come with 1 year international warranty and 2 years local warranty.
But i don't see any warranty card, I just got 2 warranty booklets inside the box.

So, how does this warranty coverage work? And, how am I am going to claim warranty outside Malaysia?
