Complaint against MAXIS for mis-selling

I need helps & advice from law experts. I planned to launch a complaint against Maxis for their mis-selling of a plan which they told me that is unlimited data usages but now they said it's up to 3GB & extra charges on the subsequent usages.

There is no blank & white or a T&C on this as they told me this is not available. But i did confirmed the plan through their cust.serv & it's recorded.

I'm trying to search for the consumer right act which is related to this. Anyone can help?

I'm don't think that i will upgrade to full frame in short period of 1-2yrs times.
then I'm currently holding kit-lens EFS18-135mm & will sell it once i get either one of it

This few days my Bt seem not able to connect to the tracker.. is tat any problem with the line ? i didnt change anything to my pc or bt.. i open my pc for few days non-stop but all of them failed to connet ..

My pc been affected by virus n i able to remove it using Kaspersky but it seem the virus has amend some of the command. Anything i can do to restore it to normal ?
when i double click it seem will go for auto-play... i only able to open it by right click.my drive cant open with double click as per attachment. SOS !!

Just would like to re-confirm sumthing ya..

Background for drive is similiar with pendrive.. any idea to of any command to set the pic to suit the resolution of each pc ? coz if mine i put 1024x768 .. if i slot into other pc with 800x600 .. the pic seem too large..

or any idea to fix the pic/background ? for exmple .. set the pic/background at one corner ... ?
