Job Description
1. Network Operations Centre (NOC) - Remote Hand Services Monitoring for groups of oversea engineer, to manage IT operations on ticket receiving, ticket issuance, job completion by oversea engineers, follow on prerequisite operational documents

2. Providing IT Support tasks:

a. Server troubleshooting
b. Visual Inspection
c. Dispatching, installation and inspection of IT infrastructure
d. IT Networking
e. other IT operations

3. Travelling local or oversea locations to perform IT troubleshooting if required

Wow, just now I been to this Panasonic Canopy Sales at Sri Petaling near SJK Saujana School,

Just bought 1 Panasonic Plasma TV 42" inches RM1,499 and I got a free DVD Player WOW !!
