Ayam really scared, company give me laptop to bring home, new laptop some more, at office I connect it to view at Lcd, when going off, I will take home, scared left office tomorrow come back missing, Ayam no money to pay back if lost, sell butt also no enough, go outside eat now, also carry this laptop bag scared left at car, later car and laptop gone missing together, why I have such scared feeling? Do you understand my concern on this....

My friend live with waifu material

I admire my friend, he work with me in same company, got one female colleague which already married, both of them like each other very well.

Coincidence, she divorce with her husband, her husband move away from her house, she felt lonely and invite my friend to live with her. This friend have to take care of her including meal cost, utility expenses.. But in return he can sleep/naik that waifu and enjoy kaw kaw....

This living experience already continue for 2 years, and she started to ask my friend to marry her, because her family noticed recently that both of them living together without any status, scared her name koyak, but my friend of course don't want la, need to take care of her plus her two daughter which not his one....

And plan to settle with her in one day... And plan to move out and stay away from her...

I said u very good la, at least play with waifu material.... My friend said, is the same too, like playing with those b2b girl, but waifu material will not that wild and hot la, other experience he learn haha...

This week is my final week on my current company, a lot of colleague want to do farewell lunch with me...

Monday, one marketing staff belanja me lunch at avenue K which the kopitiam restaurant is about ipoh food one.

Tuesdays - no one belanja, eat with usual lunch mate...

Wednesday - my client belanja me at sushi zamai at Nu sentral shopping mall...

Thursday - one account staff belanja me at Qthai restaurant inside The weld....

Friday - my usual lunch mate bring me to Quill city mall eat at Tappers restaurant....
Night time got two malay colleagues belanja me Nandos..

What a wonderful week that I spend farewell lunch with so many friends/colleagues, very memorable and save a lot of makan cost haha, at least I am very popular and glamorous among them and I happy with that....

Ayam understand that if wanna report those taxi drivers that commit on the road offence either illegal u turn, haggling, drive with no manner, double parking etc....

Need to submit online report to Spad email address... Anyone experience it before, will the Spad staff proceed to investigate those offence, will they call u afterwards to confirm and interview u on that?

Any successful case that punish the offended drivers after investigation?

Mind to share your story.

Ayam also plan to report one illegal u turn case by taxi drivers, I really beh syiok on it.. Too dangerous to turn like that.. .

Ayam apply one credit card from Bank Rakyat last week somewhere Wednesday,
just now received call from them, they call my office extension, and i answered the call.

He verify my salary, checking whether if the card approve where to send, asking how many loan i have now....bla bla...

at the end, i ask him, since u ask like that, means u r going to approve my card, he dare not answer and said he just calling to verify only, now after verify he will then process my application and submit to the management for approval...

any bank staff expert here, if this is what happen just now, based on your experience, how likely it can approve?
is the verify info by calling my office mean it will approve or it just one of the process before submit to their management?
Any bank besides bank rakyat also doing the same thing?

Kindly advise and assist, many thanks in advance...

Why today so many hai-so potential ifone buyer going to my town queue for the kononnya cheap ifone stuff, at the end, end up upset n disappointed n anger due to wasted so much time but unable to buy it.

I saw the TV show that plenty of hai-so there gather outside and inside the mall. Some even came midnight to queue... The shop at the end didn't open for cheap sale. Is it a trap to lure u all hai-so to that mall for publicity purpose or what...

It should not be so cheap, think logically u also know la,scared it is Ap Imported set, then u will cry...also why u still want to buy the older version of ifone and chiPad. For what reason first, why don't u use these money to buy new model of the android phone. Will it be better... Cheap thing no good thing, good thing no cheap thing, u should heard right.

If I Really go there, but when I saw so crowded, I also back home sleep better, rather than queue for nothing, the shop owner also nor stupid, the most will sell 10 to 20 unit of cheap stuff, then the rest sell as normal price since so crowded, sure can made full profit of it, why still need to clearance stock....

Hi,

I am leaving early from my existing company on 16 March(Friday) instead of actual 22 March (Thursday) and join new company on 19 March (Monday). I have to pay 4 days of salary to my current company but it will deduct from my March's salary.

I want to know the calculation:

1) My total salary is 9.5k and how to get per days rate. Is divide by 26 days or 22 days?

2) How to calculate unpaid leave amount from my basic salary 9k and transport allowance 0.5k. Divide by how many days in March.

3) Do I need to pay 4 days (19 - 22 March) to company or 6 days (17 - 22 March which include weekends) for the unpaid leave?

4) So my salary will be calculate from 1 to 16 March or 1 to 18 March (inclusive weekend)?

Any HR expert here can help on this, appreciate your kind assistance on this and many thanks in advance....

Ayam using xiaomi note 5A, facing problems everytime when I open 3 - 4 tab in Google chrome...for example If I switch to tab 1 to tab 2, sure the tab 2 will no colour then refresh automatically. If I open game apps at the same time, it will refresh automatically as well when I exit chrome and go in to that particular game apps, is this because of phone memory not enough to support so many tab and apps open at one time.

I saw in the settings, there is a feature called "second space", what is this and can this help?

I am Liverpool fans, I am happy about pool performance so far... We r just 2 points behind MU, champions league won 7-0 and going to be enter quarter final later, FA cups and carling Cup exits nothing to say la, so far Salah is our best player in the team, Firmino and Mane also quite impressed recently, our defense also improve a lot after recruit Van Dirk...

I believe we can overtake MU to become 2nd in EPL anytime from now and we can enter at least semi finals on the champions league. What do you think?

Powerbank lifespan

I have one original pineng powerbank as attached for RM50++, I have use it for 4-5 years if not mistaken...for both output 2.1A and 1.0A,still perform strong charge till now..

Just curious to ask, actually how long the powerbank can last or the normal lifespan, I have use so long, is that normal or I should throw it away because too dangerous risky to use old powerbank that more than usual lifespan?

Any phone experts here can explain it? Will it explore one day...

New year new job

Refer to my previous tered that I have resigned and served three months notice... Back to beginning of January, I secured one job in SSC near jalan sultan ismail after second interviews but the shift start from 2 to 11pm. So coincidence I am sick on that period, unable to go for medical check up to finalise the offer and sign the offer letter.

So coincidence again, Another SSC company call me and I tell them that I am in the midst of signing with earlier one. This company said no need to do rush sign for them since u r not done it yet under sick conditions, why not hold them up and come to interview with her company first, if everything OK, u just need one interview instead of second interview to get hired.

I am telling myself, no harm trying since I am not quite really like the earlier one due to shift hours. So I agree to come for interview with the latter one. Like what she said, I really get hired with them, and the offer letter will be get ready by a week. I write email to inform the first company that I will not join them due to shift hours of course la, but reality is not only that, the benefits also much much better than them la of course.... Let me explain here.

1) company T (first one) - 12 months contract, annual leave 14 days, MC 14 days, shift allowance RM250 and GHS, clinical benefits...

2) company W (second one) - permanent role, annual leave 21 days, 2 days welfare leave, MC 20days, no shift allowance compare to company T but the basics salary is actually cover this amount, means no difference la, because I tell them what amounts I get in company T, so company W is counter with the same la, flex benefits > RM800, GHS and clinical benefits...

No need I ask, if u r under my situation, u will also choose for comparison T by looking at the benefits, the most important is no need to work shift la....

Offer letter just signed last week and I will start work in March. My HR said if I can recommend some staff in GL and AR to work under me... I already recommend one for her, will recommend more for her from my existing company...

RM150 vs RM500

Joined current company on Sep 2016 - get increment RM150 in July 2017.

New company offer extra RM500 compare to my current company.

That's mean work one whole year in my current company only get RM150 (last year), if this year assuming the same, around that figure too... I better quit n go for the new company.

My new company offer performance bonus and company bonus which my current company don't have at all.... Every year jump is the best, every year get extra RM500 - 1000, rather than be loyal kuli get RM150 bucks...
