Fire insrance for condo from cimb

Hi sifu, want to ask something about fire insurance from CIMB. I just received a letter from CIMB regarding my condo fire insurance is expiring. Hence, they will buy one for me if i didnt submit new insurance policy to them in 14 days. Question is I just received the letter today which already pass 14 days from the date of issue which is 28th of June zzz. Want to ask how to submit the latest policy? To any of CIMB Branch will do or need go specific branch? Can it done by email? Thanks in advance.

Hi sifus, want to ask how to read those value for housing loan on cimb clicks? What does outstanding balance/available balance/outstanding principal means? If i have pay monthly installment, which value will reflect? I have paid the installment amount before the current due appear and now it appears, i not sure do i need to pay again.

Cheque with two name

Hi sifus, i got a cheque from developer issued to me and my gf which means there are two names on the cheque. I deposited in the cheque to an account with my name and today bank call me and tell me that that account only under my name and they can only bank in to an account with both of our name means and ask me to collect back the check on their branch.
My question is,

1)How can i bank in the cheque? Open a joint account with my gf?
2)The check i collect back from bank still can be use or I need ask developer reissued again?
3)Will I being charged for bounced cheque?

Thanks for your answer, I really do not know much on cheque thing and the developer person tell me can bank in into either one of me and my gf account...
