The TA has expired like 3 years ago and owner has not done maintenance since.<br /><br />So, recently as I moved to my own unit. There is some dispute on certain repair and if according to TA (expired), those wear and tear repair should be the responsibility of owner. If paying a fully furnished price which has accounted for most depreciation is not enough, now any of those appliances failure is also charged to tenant. Isn&#39;t it better to rent a bare unit now? Even new appliances give only 2 yrs warranty.
