Payment for Creating a Website

Hi!
Recently a friend of mine working in an NGO ask me to create a website for their upcoming forum.
He said his NGO would pay me, but I'm the one who set the price.
The problem is I never create a website for such purpose, so I have no idea how much should I charge them.

I have to create this website and maintain the site until December.

So any idea how much should I set the price? I'm thinking around RM450?

Looking for Convertible Laptop/Tablet

As stated, I'm looking for a convertible laptop/tablet. Doesn't matter whether it is the convertible one or the one with a detachable keyboard as long as it meets the criteria I'm looking for.

Criteria I'm looking for:

Budget: RM2500 to RM2800.

Prefered Brands: Asus, Lenovo, Toshiba (but please feel free to recommend other brands if it suits my needs).

Size: Around 12 to 13 inch, if 14 inch must be very very slim and lightweight.

Weight: Less than 1.8 KG, the lighter the better.

Touch Screen: Yes, a must!

HDD: Preferably SSD or maybe SSHD. I've been using SSD on my other machine, so kinda hard to go back to 5400 RPM HDD.

HDD Capacity: Minimum is 256 GB.

Operating System: I haven't seen one with DOS OS, but if have, would cut down the cost. Besides, I have a few genuine Windows product keys I can use.

Battery: Must be long lasting, can last at least 6 to 8 hours (If the battery is removable would be great when I'm using it as a normal laptop).

Usage:
Common task such as surfing the web, listening music, watching movies, e-mail, Ms Word, Powerpoint, Excel and Access.
Other tasks such as Python programming, web programming, audio editing and a bit of video and photo editing.

Extra Criteria-
Colour: White (If can lah).

Warranty: Got on-site service (Would be great to have this).

Very tempted to get the Asus Transformer T300 CHI, but it's a bit over my budget. The least I can get is the one with 128 GB SSD.
So throw in your suggestions guys.. I'm all ears.

I'm looking for a keyboard cover/protector specifically designed for Alienware A14 laptops.
My laptop model is Alienware A14FHD71812G, 14" inch laptop.
A keyboard cover/protector which have tactile designed for every keys on the keyboard.
Is there such keyboard cover/protector exist or being sold here???

HDD in Caddy Loads Very Slow

Hi guys!
It's my first time posting here, hope I'm doing it right.

Currently I'm having trouble with my HDD in the caddy. My system was working fine until last week.

Issues started when the AC Adapter is TURNED OFF (system running on battery):
* Accessing the HDD in windows explorer was a pain in the ass.
* It took approximately 30-60 seconds to open a folder and sometimes it would return me "Not Responding" error.
* Restarting or shutting down was like forever.

BUT, when I TURN ON the AC adapter, everything worked smoothly.
The problem only occur when I turn off the AC Adapter and leave the machine on battery power.

My system specs:
Laptop Model: Alienware A14
Processor: Intel® Core™ i7-4710MQ CPU @ 2.50GHz, 2501 Mhz
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 765M with 2GB GDDR5
RAM: 8GB DDR3 1600Mhz
HD: 80GB MSata Liteonit DMT, 512GB Samsung 850 PRO SSD, WD 1 TB HDD
OS: Windows 8.1 Single Language x64 (genuine)

Installed my OS and programs on the Samsung 850 PRO, all personal data on the 1 TB WD HDD.

Is it my WD HDD or the Caddy itself?

P/S: Currently where I'm at, I don't really have the tools to open up my AW14 and try the HDD as external HDD.
