• Create reports that allows users to analyse the information and quickly make business decisions.
• Complete documentation for processes to agreed standards.
• Coordinate closely with other team members both locally and internationally through daily stand-ups, regular contact and occasional international travel may be required.
• Support reporting of business process performance and identify improvement opportunities.

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering discipline.
• Familiar with SQL and databases, preferably Microsoft SQL server.
• Possess adequate understanding of procedural programming and business logic.
• Advanced IT skills (e.g. complex Excel macros, any programming and database experience)
• Ability to work in a small international team environment.
• Proactive and able to work under minimal supervision.
• Good spoken and written English

Hi guys, I am a fresh grad and i will like to know how am i suppose to negotiate for higher salary if the job salary that company offer u is low?

Lets say im very interested to work for the company, but the only disadvantage is the benefits, salary and so on...

if after i negotiate and they reject it... izzit meaning that i was also being reject for the job offer?

reason that i will ask for better salary:

inflation, living cost, location...
