ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Scheme/Training

Dear readers

Need advice

Iam planning to take the ISO 9001 Lead auditor certification on this few incoming month, but some things are bothering me

1. Iam suitable to take the course?
lil bit backgound:
right now working as QA/QC Engineer . working for 1.5 year. went through 4 external audit, 2 internal and one incoming re certification for the QMS. will my experience in handling external audit help during the duration of the course? will the course super difficult since i rate my knowhow in QMS is very little still.

2. ISO 9001:2015 is already in final draft, last time I heard. will my certificate valid for the new management system?

3. for auditor to maintain his/her license, he/she need to perform audit for a number of time per year to enable him/her to renew his license. if this true? So I have to change job if take the course?change job wif third party audit capacity..

4. cwsip vs lead auditor? which one is more, say, marketable? since right now my experience is half on fabrication/inspection/ half on QMS

5. Any other related info u might wanna share

Thanks all
