Disk usage at 100%

Alright, so my disk usage is floating around 100% most of the time and it barely goes down to under 50%. I'm just assuming that it's that high because Windows is updating in the background but please let me know if there are other possible causes of this. Because of this, my games are stuttering like crazy and it's literally unplayable especially Overwatch.

Laptop Specs:
i5 - 7300HQ
GTX 1050 4GB
4GB DDR4 RAM
1Tb HDD

Anyone knows a good price for these parts?

RAM: 4GB DDR4 2400MHz under RM 200
SSD: 128 GB M.2

I'm planning on upgrading my laptop's hardware as I don't think that it's enough to handle most games out there with only 4GB of RAM. Upgrading to an SSD is optional though.

Can my computer run Overwatch smoothly?

Hello forums!

Just want to know if I could run Overwatch on low settings at a stable 60fps without any drops on a resolution of 1366x768 (or possibly 1600x900)

PC Specs (ASUS ROG G20BM):
AMD FX-770K Quad Core processor
AMD Radeon R9 255 800MHz 2GB DDR5
8GB RAM
