License Blacklisted

Hi!

I "committed" an offence (seatbelt) a few years ago and recently found out my license is blacklisted from the JPJ website. I only have to renew it in 2015 but am just curious anyway, what happens once my license is blacklisted? Do I just have to pay the summon OR is there more to it before I am able to renew my license?

Please help! (I know it sounds like such a stupid question, I tried googling but I found nothing).

JPJ saman

I received a JPJ summon on the 31st of March 2010 for allegedly not wearing my seatbelt. However, I am very sure that I was wearing it because when I was stopped, I actually unbuckled my seatbelt. And I feel very paranoid when I don't wear my seatbelt, I feel exposed so I always always wear. So nvm, the jpj dude stopped me and asked me to get out. Then he asked me if I knew my offence, I said I didnt know because I really didnt.

He then told me I was not wearing my seatbelt. In my head I'm going like WTF WTF WTF. Then I asked him to show me proof lah, and he said he cant show me the photograph. He said "u dun expect me to print it out right now?" Then I got a bit angry and started disputing lor, he also got a bit annoyed and then he threatened to cancel my license. Once again I'm going WTF WTF WTF. So I said ok nvm write the saman. Then I asked him where I can go see the picture ( i also called JPJ hotline) and they said I can go to JPJ WP to check the picture.

I am a very busy student, so I really don't have the time to go here and there to check this check that what not with government office level of efficiency. So I emailed the JPJ pengarah and asked him for the photo. I'm sure if its in the system somewhere, he can retrieve it and allow me to see it. So after weeks and weeks, he finally replied saying that no photo was taken during the operations. All evidence comes from witnesses from the JPJ team.

My question is........

Was I summoned without evidence?

Does the JPJ team really constitute actual witnesses? Like wth? It'd be like me killing someone, then my mom just blindly help me out and say "oh my son was with me all the time, couldnt have killed anyone". Obviously birds of a feather flock together, right? Duh!!

Why were there contradicting statements from the officer who issued the summon and the director.

And what can I do now. I am way past the date for paying the compound which was on the 30th of April. Its now the 4th of May. It says I have to be in court on the 7th of June 2010 and I have exams then. What will happen if I don't go to court?? Blacklisted then cannot renew my license? Or??

Help please. Legal eagles will be greatly appreciated.

HP TX2032au problem

Hi guys/sifus, need some help with my laptop ):

Was using it fine yesterday night, this morning when I wanted to turn it on I could but then nothing appears on the screen, it is blank ):

The power light comes on, the AC light comes on as well (when i plug it in), the USB port allows the cooler fan to work as well, the USB mouse doesnt work, the wireless switch is orange in colour (means not on) and I cannot hit capslock or anything (the light doesnt come on) and the touchpad is off as well.

When I switch the laptop on, the harddisk light flashes for like 1 second then is gone forever and ever. I hear the fans spinning inside though ):

Also tried to plug an additional monitor in, nothing ):

From everything I've looked for on the internet, possiblities could be endless.....

Help me out please.

ps: The problem has happened before as well, but the previous time I could hear the harddisk working and all and the problem was solved when I plugged in the additional monitor, now it just doesnt work ):

As far as I know

I have to register my company with the SSM (suruhanjaya syarikat malaysia)

Then i have to apply for a license from the local municipal council

Halal certification (if necessary)
