How to quickly dissolve a partnership in an LLP wh

Hi,

I would like to get advice on the scenario of "dissolving a partnership in an LLP when my partner does not allow it."

What I read from SSM is that we need to log in to the website and go to "terminate partnership" with the agreement of all partners. Unfortunately, some partners are not responding, and it seems unlikely that we will all agree to settle it on the website.

I appreciate your advice.

honestly, i am a “car idiot"... my old myvi have drive almost 10 years and is time to change... i didn't really follow up all those car info..in my mind, always is altis and civic only.. really a narrow knowledge in car

so, like to request taikor help, what is ur choice for altis , civic, mazda 3.. and any others?

i know is a stupid and boring question, cos i have found up in this forum majority is vote for civic.... say altis overprice, safety feature not good....

There are a lot lab/ specialist center at Malaysia market. I would like to bring alone my mom to carry out blood test/ body checkup. Any recommend place ? (with cheaper $)

Anyone can recommend "non-chinise cuisine" restaurant for tmr reunion dinner?

The reason have meal at outside is because:-
(1) mom is getting old and i hope she can enjoy CNY without too much kitchen work to her

The reason have "non-chinese cuisine" meal because:-
(1) Chinese restaurant only have package and it too much for me (my family member only 4 pax)
(2) Expensive and low quality when it too peak

anyone can recommend to me?
