Soldering service anyone?

Got a old but gold MX Master 2S, still working great but the left click start to get non responsive sometimes. Tried adding tape in between the contact but i think the switch starting to fail already.

Any recommendations for a spot, or person for soldering service?

I can source the switches. Just need someone to do the soldering.

Pls dont suggest to solder myself. (or to tell me to buy a new one)

JPN death cert

Is the ‘Daftar Kematian’ or ‘Register of Death’ used as official death certificate? It’s a form with no. Siri on top right, handwritten and signed off by the Medical Officer.

Had a death in family and was told by my aunt to go JPN to declare and get death certificate, but I thought this was it. Are there two separate things?

Sorry, first time dealing with death in family, no idea and need some guidance.

Hi, im looking for advice, wanna get into IT industry, especially considering big tech companies coming in here. I have degree but its in interior design and my career been stagnant honestly. So wanna switch, but idk what to do, should i get diploma? Im in my 30s already, feel like gonna be a waste of years redoing it over again, plus my spm last time was bad, so surely i will kena force do foundation as well. Haih.

Hi all

I would like to know a good store, or area where I should go for hunting PC parts. As in, where the stocks generally confirm got for whatever u need, not just popular items.. I'm building a new rig, so need almost everything.

I tried checking some popular stores that have their own websites. Their stocks vary wildly, so I thought instead of buying separate shipment, might as well try go to stores and buy everything in one day...

Being honest, All this while, I've always just ordered from a random store I find online and just pick up after they build for me. I wanna try this challenge for myself now after my old PC died (lol)

also, I've never been to lowyat plaza, so Idk much about the stores there or if its still the best place to go. But yeah, wanna get out my comfort zone and try something new.

I'm a graphic designer by trade but have not had any freelance experience besides regular work experience and hobby specialization in print, and am thinking of starting my own agency or studio for freelance or client work.

Got a few colleagues and friends who are specialists in their own category, illustration, 3d, motion, me myself is graphic and web. So we are open to the idea of having our own collective studio.

I know design industry isn't the best in Msia, so I'm thinking of trying to attract clients from outside (yes, i am ambitious, at that age where it's time for entrepreneurship ).

I'm also interested to learn how to get contacts & networks for work here considering when u have ur own agency, besides paying for ads and implementing good SEO strategy.

Does anyone have any experience or story they can share, good or bad? So i can prepare myself. Or any personal SME or startup stories, difficulties, achievements, etc etc.

VFS Visa UK Damn Slow

Is there any way I can contact to check what status visa for UK is, or ways contact embassy ?

My brother graduation is in 2 weeks time and my family have yet to receive visa. I'm Msian my other family members is not, hence why apply visa. We not a special rich kayangan family that's why so excited to go see him graduate.

Applied back on 6th June (because only received his graduation invitation letter for visa on that day) and received confirmation visa sent forward to UKVI on 9th. Then they say cannot do priority or super priority because of the ukro russo war refugees being prioritized.

Said it'll be within 6 weeks on average. Now end of 5th week already, we suppose to fly on 20th

Cibai la. What can I do? Can't even use the tracking service. Damn fn lousy VFS services.

Switch Lite mod transparent

Can anyone recommend a store or person to contact to mod my Switch Lite to transparent shell (I can provide the shell, or the seller can), and also to replace the LCD screen?

I got a used one for like ~rm200 but its badly scratched at the back and the screen also scratch, no idea how LOL at least it works and is cheap.

I feel like suddenly develop allergy to chicken. Everytime I eat a lot of chicken, twice now, my upper lip swells. Malu 😭

Few years back, no swelling but like small rash spot reddish will come out around leg or arm. But never swelling. It’s like the allergy now evolved to swelling instead.

Though I’m not certain its chicken, because one time i had a beef burger outside and it swell moderately after - but so far the major swellings has happened whenever I eat lot of it. So wanna do skin prick test but dunno the cheapest to go where in Klang Valley or Negeri Sembilan.

Would appreciate suggestions to go where. Many thanks

I ask the support team on facebook they give list never list iPhone SE 2020. But when i go read the full terms and conditions it says Iphone SE 2020 accepted.
so now i dunno if support team never update themselves on their own company terms and conditions

also doesnt make sense how come SE is (apparently) left out when it memang support esim? like all iphone models esim protocols sama kan

or anyone using eSim (any carrier) on their SE 2020?

He currently in UK… wanna come back summer break.

Need to ask few things.. hope serius kopitiam can help me:

1. Cuti quarantine makan angin in hotel still 2 weeks is it..
2. Do we have to set up hotel before he departs UK, as in do booking.. or when sampai, they assign you to hotels? I know have to pay. Just wonder which
3. Would he be assigned to the quarantine camp like Maeps instead of hotel? I worry because he has anxiety in big groups
4. Come september… will he still be able to go back Uk for studies? I assume he’d have to sign declarations again at gate? Or do we need extra steps this time??

Need suggestions for good book stores be it new or used to browse for graphic arts content.. so far ive seen bookXcess have quite niche collection for cheap, kinokuniya some old, out of date stock but crazy out of touch price, mph and popular langsung takleh pakai

Lets say books in the likes of Muller-Brockmann, Weingart, Brody, Carson, Lupton, etc. Or maybe stocking some independent ones from Counter Print?

Any pereka seni grafik here can recommend a good bookstore to dive in?

maxis zerolution question

I have to change my personal line to Maxis because my current Digi line is very bad here

I go check, zerolution device, fits my monthly budget. Thing is, i dont need the phone, wanna get it for my brother. Another thing is, my brother is not using Maxis line and would also go overseas study, so basically will use different Msia line, then change to overseas line.

Are maxis zerolution devices carrier/network lock? Only can use maxis on it or can other line also? Ke it only lock if no pay for 3 months?
Will he have issue if use other Sim from overseas?

HSBC website not that great,only showing eligbility for premier and advance account

Just wondering what are the eligibility/requirements to create this particular account... dont have HSBC account previously

but since baby bro going UK.. thought of creating a account for him, make it simple for us transfer money to him and for him to use there hassle free.. is this a good idea? Does he still need to create a new banking account over there in UK? or no need since HSBC is already UK based (plus the everyday global account all currencies thing)

Bro send car for servis, before servis he out of the blue check odo meter. 40 almost 50 something thousand km la.

after servis he also for fun check odo meter. Suddenly it's at 52 thousand km. even the hundreds numbers are randomized.

Help suggest matx mobo for Ryzen

Hi gurus

in light of my random PC boot loop no post, but suddenly fixed now (first tried to switch ram slots, doesnt work, then removed gpu, doesnt work, then only one ram slot, works, now both ram slots back in with gpu, back to normal) unsure if just random motherboard brain fart or already faulting ram stick and/or slot

anyway, testing now prime95, furmark and memtest, seems to be fine...for now

BUT the main topic, im thinking of upgrading to Ryzen 5 2600 (current CPU is 5 year old i5-4590)

motherboard je i dont know that well. I found few suitable options eg:
-MSI b450m pro m2 v2
-ASRock b450m steel legend
-ASUS a320m-k

BUT a simple google/reddit search reveals the MSI board v2 version is using downgraded materials VRM, also asrock bad temps vrm reaching 100c, plus that RGB is ugly for kids boleh la

Now idk much about vrm but i sure as hell am not confident in getting mobo that has not so great views..
cant seem to find that much on the Asus board though

So my predicament here is i do not know what mobo to get. My budget for cpu and mobo is 1200.
Kindly suggest matx am4 mobo for ryzen 5 2600 that handles well and built well that fits my budget.

also advice on shops to go nearby shah alam, subang, sunway, or in plaza lowyat itself that has good prices and can pasangkan for u also with good cable management.
