AirAsia Cabin Baggage/Hand Carry Baggage Size?

Hi all, could anyone confirm if my cabin baggage size is 551 × 383 × 203 mm is possible to bring on plane? as stated on their website, they only allow 560 x 260 x 230 mm. my concern is width as my width is exceed 12cm, worry can't fit in the baggage drawer

Could anyone please share your experience?

I place my order on Lazada on 1st Oct, parcel arrive at LEX local branch since 4th Oct, until today no update at all, i call Lazada to get their contact number or their location in Johor Bahru, funny thing is Lazada told me they don't have their contact number and location is unknown as well, seriously?! when i bought my item on 1st Oct, is stated will arrive on 3-6th, so i call Lazada on 7th, they said will arrive 7-9th, so i wait again, i call them back again on 10th, they said will arrive 12th this time, i wait but now it's still no update at all, they said LEX reply them through their email, so i ask them to inform LEX to contact me, but still no sign at all!!

Lex contact number and location is unknown, how can i contact them to sort out my issue? anyone have their contact number please?
