repair laptop-laptop split to two

i have a vaio laptop...already split to two...but it still functioning really well...the only connected part between the screen and keyboard is the wire...but everything still ok...it a touch screen laptop...still can functioning well...except for the fact it already split into two and connected by few wire...can i repair this laptop???n if i can repair how much???

plz recommend me good laptop.

i bought vaio high spec window 8...n im so frustrated with this shit...my laptop already cut into half...not literally...its already cut into half...i rarely brought this laptop outside of my house but my 8 kg cat love to sleep on my laptop...i cant scold her...so how...now...this laptop only survive 2 years...i did bought acer before and it last me more than 8 years...im thinking to buy acer or mac pro...anyone can recommend me a good hardware laptop...very tahan one...because im so ganas...as well as my cat...

i want to change to mac pro bcause window 8 really sucks...i want to buy aspire s7 or macbook pro retina display...tq guys..hope u guys can recommend me good laptop can survive min 5 years for college purposes...
