The cats are super nice, fun and clean, we had lots of joyful moments with them and really want to find a loving home.

Bad Condo Management (ViPod)

We've been renting an apartment in ViPod residences (Jalan Kia Peng) and there's a problem with bad smell in the toilet. It's been checked by the plumber he said no major problems with the traps or pipes within the unit itself.

We also heard from other tenants that they had the same issue. Agent and building management keep pointing to each other and don't want to be responsible. All they can offer is to install better exhaust fan and the smell will go away but it's really a poor fix.

The question is what should we do? In the end we are the ones who pay money (not cheap btw) and have to live with this odour.

Who can address this issue? What could be the problem? Who to deal with the rude building management?
