Maxis Trainee program 3rd phase

Does anyone here have experience in the Maxis Graduate Trainee program 3rd phase. It says team dynamics but I'm really lost as in what we actually have to do. It would be nice if anyone can give some tips on the process please.. I also dont know what to read up before I go..nervous..Thanks alot ppl

Hi there..has anyone here had the experience of going for the MGTP assessment test.. I'm scheduled to go for it tomorrow and have no idea as on what to expect. Apparently there are 75 questions and one essay.. wonder what kind of essay would it be???
