I wish to learn to create apps for Androids. I have no programming background. Can anyone introduce me some books to read for beginners like me?

Hi all,

Would like to seek some advice on Thean Gong altar home placement as my 2 storey terrace house is under renovation.

Thean Gong altar is to be placed outside of a house and the norm i could see is either facing out to the house gate (if use wall-hang design altar) or face into the house (if use roof standing altar).

Is there any specific directions or placement for Thean Gong altar? Can someone please advice on DOs and DONTs? 😅😅😅

NEED HELP on renovation(landed 2 storey 22 x 70)

Hi all,

Need advice on the estimated cost on a 2-storey (intermediate) 22 x 75 renovation. Location Ampang, Kuala Lumpur

The renovation includes:

1) front extension for about 4 feet with glass balcony (ground and 1st floor)
2) Back extension for about 5 feet (ground and 1st floor - includes the rooms in 1st floor)
3)) Changing the layout and this includes:

Ground level
- Change the stairs position as the stairs is at the centre of the living..waste a lot of space
- Change the kitchen position
- Change the toilet position
- Change the ground floor room position

4) Car porch, auto gate and brick fencing
5) Changing the flooring on the 1st floor to timber wood flooring

please help. Budget is about RM100k. Possible? Please advice

Another RM50k for the installation of:

1) Kitchen (comes with island) and washroom,
2) Walk-in wardrobe for the master and 2 more built-in wardrobe for the remaining 2 rooms
3) Plaster ceiling
4) Lighting, aircond and fan

If can, please recommend some good contractor with your pass experience with them

If you are a contractor, please forward your contact and your portfolio.

i have experience with a contractor before on some leakage fixing and it was not a good experience..overcharge, wrong advice with many liessssss.

So please any sifuss and taikor who just did renovation recently..please advice...

As for the front extension, i wanted to to something similar to below :

Hope my budget allow me to cover everything above.
