Executive diploma

Hello guys.

I am looking course for executive diploma in HR.. stumble upon with this company (smartpartner with UTM space)..but when I want to know more about executive diploma he keeps promote the package professional diploma and add 9 months to have full diploma by kolej cyberlink.. i get really frustrated since the main reason i want to study this just to add more skill in my resume so i can make career change.

fee, exec. cost more than professional.. but in term of knowledge and whatsoever which one better.
honestly i am less knowledge about MQA and etc..is it really important to have MQA when we apply job.. I didn't know the details since graduate degree in IPTA, automatically during interview no such questions regarding how you got the degree right.

Career Change from Engineer to HR is it possible?

I really want to have career change from semiconductor engineer to HR officer.
The question is, this type of career change is it possible?

Is employer out there want to hire person who only have Master in HR (if I manage to get into the course) but zero experience in HR?
Or I just stick in engineering field take Master in Engineering it self... But seriously, I kind of lost interest in this field already..

Hello guys,

I am from semiconductor engineering field almost 8 years. Lately I have strong urge to pursue study in HR..become a HR manager/officer (all because of family matter). No knowledge at all in HR.

Is it ok to continue in Master HR Management without have any basics of HR?
