Honda Accord 2.4 (6 airbags) sudden acceleration

I recently purchased the new accord and have clocked a little less than 1k of mileage.

Drove out from my house compound today and after about 100 meters down the road, the car accelerated very aggressively on its own.

Tried to apply the brakes but to no avail and unfortunately crashed hard onto a neighbor's gate and wall fencing.

Only one airbag was deployed which was on the passenger's side.

How can a car possibly just accelerate so aggressively on its own? And why does the brakes not work?

And only one airbag deployed after such an impact and it's not even on the driver's side. The car is basically totaled.

I have done everything that needs to be done in regards to insurance and police report.

As this is a very serious issue, how would you guys go about dealing with Honda Malaysia/Japan if you were in my position?
