Any reviews on Lazenda? (poor customer service)

One of my bestie's bday falls on this month 23rd and the celebration will be on 22nd. Cos its her 21st bday mah, we thought of making a personalized bracelet with her name as a gift.

My friend suggested this website http://www.lazenda.com
The price was ok, and good interface to design. We submitted the design with full payment on 3/5/16, as in the website stated they need 14-21 days to process.

We keep waiting until few days ago my friend said, eh we should ask if they have completed it, cos the bday is next week ady. Actually this never came across my mind cos I kinda trust on what they mentioned on their website.

So she whatsapp them and asked very politely. Here's the conversation.

So SADLY, they can't make a promise! It's THEIR factory and management, but they cant provide us a timeframe or promise whether it can be done! Hey, we followed all your procedure and now they're being careless about our opinions. Ya I know cos I paid and they got the money ard mah. It doesn't arrive on time not their business also.

I'm the mad one, I purposely wait until next day afternoon 2pm (during office hour) and call them. Apparently they have two phone number, one with 011, the other one 018. I called both, no answer. Walao, you're a company leh, cant hire somebody to ans phone calls?

Nvm, I'll whatsapp you then. Reply was on the day after, still pointless and not answering my questions.

The phone call was made using my mum's phone. Later on the day, she received a msg from their number saying the number was meant for whatsapp only. Cant call.

Seriously wtf? You're a registered company and you cant ans simple phone calls? Tbh I'm doing some small business whenever I get miss call I will sure call back cos that could be potential customer. I just dont get it you know?

With my frustration, I would like to get some reviews on fellow lowyat-ians, if you have ever buy from them. How was it? I'm starting to afraid that it's a con. (But apparently not, based on my search they sell their product on groupon long time ago.)

Distance from Bangsar LRT to Bangsar shopping mall

Hi, I will need to travel by LRT from Bangsar LRT station to One Menerung (condo opposite Bangsar Shopping Centre)
Is it walking distance from the LRT? Roughly take how long to walk?
I google-map-ed, saying it takes 1 hour+ to walk...
whereas some info I got says it's just 2km distance

Otherwise, is it easy to get taxi from the LRT?
Roughly how much it costs?

Update: We are still providing lessons in 2022. We are private music teacher not affiliated with music school with great passion in music. Especially during the pandemic, we believe it is a safer option for students as we are home-based located at residential area whereas most music schools are located in shopping malls/commercial area. We also follow the SOP strictly including wearing face mask at all time during lesson, providing alcohol-based hand sanitizer as well as disinfecting the instruments and tables after each student. We also provide online lessons as an alternative mode of learning.

About tutor :

We focus on three aspects for the student’s progress, and these activities will take place every year.

1. Gramophone Annual Students Recital
Organised by our tutors Mr.Hong and Ms.Lee, it is a non-profit music recital that aims to provide a platform for our own students to perform in front of public, regardless of their level of playing. To date, we have organised two annual recitals (Gramophone Annual Students Recital 2018 & Gramophone Annual Students Recital 2019) and one piano students recital (Klavier 2019). Our students are benefiting from these recitals by conquering their stage fright and having more confidence to perform.

2. Music exams (ABRSM or Trinity)
We prepare students for music exams from grade 1 to grade 8 which are internationally recognised music exam boards from UK and have had many distinction achievers throughout the years.

3. Music competition / festivals
Whenever there is a music competition or festival, students will be informed and have the option to take part in it. The exposure and experience from the competition is very different to music exam, and will be beneficial to students. Our students are award winners in the past competitions.
