Concrete Roof Slow Leak- Help Pls
My concrete roof which have waterproofing hard cement applied 2 years ago has developed slow leaking. So far. my nearest hardware shop advised me not to buy bitumen type waterproofing because it is not flexible and will crack within a few months under the sun and rain. Should I try Pye or Sika products?

What is the best way to address this flat concrete roof leak problem?
