A young guy approached me asked about 800k bungalow loan and 100k mercedes loan. He said he earns australian money and doesn't claim tax. Is this guy a bluffer or crazy?

Permanent job (Banking line) (Fresh Graduates)

Good morning and greetings.

These are some few tips from me on how to you get a permanent contract straight away, no 3-6 months probation, no 1-2 years contract.
This is not a bullshit.

1. Improve your communication skills. (80% applicants are poor with language and lack of confidence when talking)

2. Get few working experiences with selling unit trust or insurance . After you finish your SPM, go do a part time job selling unit trust or insurance. Don't be lazy bastards sitting around at home, doing nothing. The economy is very slow, so you need push your ass. Those Unit Trust Consultant/ Insurance agent are not paid with salary, only commission based.

3. If the bank offers you 1.8k salary, ask the bank to give you minimum 2.4k. (80-90% chances the bank will give you that salary). Be aggressive in negotiation. Need to be thick-faced.

4. Usually you will meet with the Regional Head of the state and the bank manager. If you meet HR people from main office, you won't be hired because HR people from the main office are only normal executives, if you meet with HR Head, you will be hired if you can communicate efficiently.

5. The bank won't judge you by CGPA. You get 4.0 CGPA, the management would tell you "Get high CGPA, but no performance" and "you better quit yourself or else your ass is fired (not literally your backside)." So, my advice, your education doesn't reflects who you are, but how you dress and communicates will reflect who you are.

6. To girls wearing short skirts and revealing dresses (low cut and undergarments can be seen), you will be hired unless you met ham-sap boss. I have interviewed various women candidates, they are not properly dressed , I guess it is a trend among young people nowadays. We are hiring professionals and professionals should be wearing proper attire. To men, please do not show your undergarments. (just interviewed a guy and he reveals his undergarments to my colleague, I tell him to go home, no job for him).

7. If you give a good impression to us and have experiences selling insurance and unit trust, straight away no probation or 1-2 years contract.

Aaron

If any questions you can PM me for more details.

I do hope in this thread, we will have some decent English to improve our language skills.
