Help! My LG DVD-Rom stop functioning...

My DVD-Rom suddenly stop to function while i was watching a DVD anime. I have tried to check the firmware and driver, they all seem to be no problem. i also checked through the system device there under control panel, it shows the device status is working properly. The cover can operate normally like open and close, but just cannot detact any CD or DVD i insert. Driver is currently up-to-date. What should i do? My computer details are shown as below:

DVD ROM: HL-DT-ST DVD-RAM GSA-H20N ATA (firmware: 1.02)
Operating system: Windows Vista Ultimate

I notice that the location show on the DVD-rom under system device manager is " Location 0 (Channel 0, Target 0, Lun 0)". Does these digit have the relation with the causes of my DVD-Rom problem?

Can anyone help? I just wanna find some solutions to solve it before i send to repair...
