Work for a Japanese Company

I work for the current company since graduated until now for 3 Years.

It was a regional office at first when it first came in to Malaysia.
It established as a sdn.bhd, and we currently have 3 local employee and 2 Japanese expat.

It's not that pressure compare to other's Jap company, but the problem is:

- We only get 8 days Annual Leave for the first 2 years

- Our company following M'sia public holidays, however the total quantity of holidays have to follow Japan HQ.
Which means if M'sia P.H got 10 days this year, but Japan side only got 8 days, we can only get 8 days holiday.
Even any announce holiday by the gov is not allow and no double paid.

- Last year, two new local employee join us on April & July.
they always complaint that our company's benefit is not good and not fair, one of them is our sales manager, and get a very high paid compare to all of us.
However, she always take mc, hospitalisation due to her health condition, and did not get any sales/business until now.
Always come in late and go back early, although her excuses is meeting client, suppliers.
My boss intended to fired her, but just the moment she get second warning letter, she informed us that she was pregnant!
she is currently on maternity leave and due to her health condition, she will still use MC, Hospitalization afterward.
Me and another colleague feel that she never be there for the company, and we two did all the thing while she was out there 'meeting', complaining, and always taking leave but the
company still pay salary every month, other's claims.

i am really frustrated and how stupid is the company for hiring someone like that, and i also feel stupid for myself to work until now......

HR Issue-Maternity Leave

Hi, i have one colleague who is currently on Maternity Leave, she gave birth on last month, and the baby is in ICU because of premature.
My boss who is a Japanese (new to M'sia) ask me to get birth certificate from her as a proof for her leave taken.
i just wanted to know is it the common procedure for a company to do so?

Also, the mother suffering from Diabetes, high pressure, heart problem, her health condition is not so good and need to visit the hospital often.
My boss keep on asking me to call her to get all the leave certificate, birth certificate, and inform her to follow up on her duty.

Apart from that,
i will have to undergo health screening, and colon scope for a day, where i will stay in the hospital day care ward.
and the doc will give me leave certificate consider as hospitalisation leave.
But my boss doubt that, and said if didn't stay a night in hospital could not consider as hospitalization leave.

Advice needed.

I think my constipation problem getting worse this year.
I went for colonoscopy few mth ago at Gleneagles after experienced abdominal pain n haemorrhoid, doc said nothing to worried, just taken out some adenomatous.

I have constipation problem since teenager,but not that serious. Last mth, I went to another doc becoz of haemorrhoid pain. After taken some medicines for few days, I've experience serious constipation after that.

I couldn't poo 4-5 days, tis time been 6 days n im really worried. Got some abdominal pain last night, and wanted to go bek to gleneagles to check again.....
