Mont Kiara and Japanese people

I've been to Mont Kiara a few times (around 1 Mont Kiara/Solaris) and I noticed that there are a lot of Japanese people there.

Why are there so many Japanese people in Mont Kiara? I mean, there are Japanese people everywhere but Mont Kiara has way more than usual elsewhere. There are some Arabs/Chinese/Koreans there too but majority of them are Japanese families? What's the connection or cause here? The embassy is a short drive away, but is there any other reason that you know of?

Side question, does anyone knows where I can purchase and browse Japanese music albums? I went back to MK to see if they have any Japanese owned music stores but it seems like making a living there is tough, every time I go back to 1MK the shops that were there before are just gone.

Electronic drum set making too much noise!

So, I recently re-visited my childhood dream of playing the drums (family couldn't afford one in the past) and I got myself an electronic drum kit. Pic of it below

The thing works great, but now the issue is my flatmate is having trouble keeping sane because the kick is actually giving out a lot of acoustic noise, according to him it sounds like someone dribbling a basketball.
I've searched all over the net and the most promising DIY plan I have to dampen the noise passing 1 wall is by somehow attaching a bunch of towels to the wall between us, got the idea from this video:

I don't mind trying it out but towels are very expensive, even at econsave it costs at least 19.90 per piece for thick ones.

The people staying below me haven't made any complaints yet but I'll solve that issue with a DIY drum riser after I settle this wall. Any pointers?

inb4 egg cartons, they don't dampen noise; only reduce echo in a room, which I'm not setting out for.

I'm skipping practice for today and I feel worse already! Lend me your knowledge!

Mazda 323 Engine Swap

So I bought a 1991 1.6 Mazda Astina 323F (the one with pop-up headlights) and I'm thinking of doing a swap maybe one year down the road after getting all the vital stuff sorted out.

I'm looking at the B6T, but I have a few concerns.

1. Would it fit?
2. Is it carbureted? If not, will the wiring for injection cost a bomb?
3. Will JPJ decline the endorsement because of a stock turbo charged engine?
4. Is it even worth it?

Also, open topic for the Astina in general. Love the look and overall design of the car!

I need some help with what to get for a gaming rig with budget of 3.5k MYR.
Wanna play games like GTAV, Fallout 4 (no mods), Rainbow 6 Siege, CS:GO on high/ultra settings.
