full cream milk or almond milk suitable for baby?

Hi

I have 10 month old daughter. and i have try to change from breastmilk to formula milk for her. (Personal reason, dont judge) but she just refuse FM.. i have tried so many brand and she rather be hungry than drink FM.

I was thinking to introduce full cream milk (for eg Dutch lady ) or maybe almond milk for her.

Is it advisable?

Or anyone could give any tips for me on methods of releasing my baby from breastmilk.

Hi to all sifus..

i have a cousin who works in recruitment agency in singapore and hold a very senior position.

He wants to open recruitment firm in malaysia. He is a foreigner and have little knowledge about opening one in malaysia. Basically im being a malaysian will do the start up i have no idea how to begin..

Please help me in this matter. We want to focus on white collar/skill based hiring. so, i will first register company under ssm. Then what are the next steP?

Any certification needed from the government? Worker quota? Where can i go to learn about this setup? Please exclude the answer of Mr Google.

being scammed.. what should i do now?

Hi

I have just being scam by a company call premier oil.

Story goes like this:

1) got an invitation for skype interview last week. Have to add a guy name craig morling . I did some googling and its true craig is part of premier oil company (the real one). So without hesitation i add him up.

2) did skype interview and later was asked to send academic and passport detail to the recruitment email address given. Recruitment@premier-oils.com.. (the real company dont have 's' on the oil part. its premier oil not premier oils).

3) Foolishly i sent my detail

4) i receiv offer leter. its too good to be true. I suspect something amiss

5) i call the company using the number from the website and they confirm craig morling was an ex employee And its definitely a scam

Guys

Help me out. What should i do now? I have sent photocopy details to them. I am a bit worried.

Hi to all,

I will be having video interview with Premier Oil company, based in UK this week. i am not sure on what position i will be offered as when i applied to the company, i only deposited my resume in their website in general.

In the email, they stated they will explain more about the role offered during the interview.

Please do share some tips for the interview, in general, because i have never work in oil and gas company. I am not familiar with the nature of the job and i dont know what to expect during this interview, as this is my first time an international company is interviewing me.

I am preparing myself to learn about the company and also to keep abreast with latest news in oil and gas industry. Will it be suffice?

Hi

I have been applying job tgrough jobstreet n various channel. Status of resume being viewed are sometimes more than 5 and goes up to 10. Also there is this no status thingy.

Just wanna ask.. is there any chance of interview after that millionth resume view. In a way it kinda give me hope thar i would land atleast an interview.but as time gows by, the view either increase or stagnant with no results.

Haishhhh ..... need some opinion on this mater.
