Part-Time Personal Driver

Greetings fellow lyn-forumers, am looking for a part-time personal driver - with own car - it doesn't matter what car you drive as long as it has four wheels, can move smoothly, have decent AC, preferably with better sunscreen shield and car age is less than 10 years old.

Before anyone mention uber/grabcar, do note that I am aware of both app as well as being a frequent user of those. However, my recent travels have increased. Furthermore, there are some places that I need to go but doesn't have uber/grabcar for return.

While the title is "personal driver", the trips made are mostly business-related. I need someone to send me to work and other places I need to go in the day (Mon-Sat). Scheduling is done beforehand so it's not a whole day thing unless stated. If you're an existing Uber/Grabcar driver, you can apply but note that I won't be paying you via both apps because I have business priority and can't be waiting on you.

The driver would be driving just me, and occasionally (but rarely) some guests. Highest preference would be a person who doesn't talk too much to me. Think of me as Sheldon Cooper from The Big Bang Theory (plus point if you are familiar with it).

Candidate preferred are those who have lots of free time to spare (you can work on your own thing while waiting), also those who stay near MidValley area - OKR/Bangsar/Jln Gasing. You may refer your retired parents for the job, as long as they don't talk to much to me, and must be able to drive in a reasonable speed. Gender and age are not issues.

Basic remuneration can be discussed based on your free time. It's basically like uber/grabcar, but more personal. All trips will be recorded in km using Google map for fairness (petrol claim), tolls paid by me when I'm in the car, you should be available at all times (preferred) on weekdays. If you or your retired parent is interested, please send a PM with the following details:

2. Car model, age, colour
3. Your current job/work
4. Why are you interested in taking this job
5. How much free time you have
6. How much basic you're expecting

hi guys, am thinking to get either a MBP or MBA, for both work and personal but mostly work.

i'd like sth with

1. power x speed, no lagging. need to run photoshop, autoCAD, keynote, and edit short vids.
2. lightweight
3. processor/RAM >>> should i add on for these? i know 8GB/16GB RAM is deffo the better choice, but i'm not very sure if i should add on for the processor?

+ i'm not very keen on the retina display actually.. wondering is it better to scout for a used model (with better specs, i.e 16GB RAM) instead?

if new model is more recommended, is this option a good buy?

Anyone is working as a (freelance) copywriter or translator?

I'm curious about the quotation for the market now. As for copywriting, I was told that fresh copywriter gets RM100-RM150 for writing a new brochure.

and through google, i found the quotations of overseas writers

through their quotation, i find that, if a copywriter have what it takes, charging rm100-150 is pretty low but just ok for a start in msia. but i'm still curious on how others charging and what's the quotation like?

Linksys router connection problem

Have a linksys router tht won't connect.
A few times got red light dialing to internet but in the end still cannot connect.
I've also tried to ping.. Got reply but it just don't connect. In command, it says the dhcp got problem?

Anyone tht use the same router and had the same prob before? Or anyone have any idea?
