I will be buying an apartment (new project) but just realize the unit is actually next to designated garbage room.

New Condo with CRACKS

Interested to buy a new condo but saw this kind of cracks near to lift waiting area

Not only happen at one level but 2 levels or maybe more (no chance to see other levels)

Is these crack very bad n will cause safety problem of the building in the future?[attachmentid=7540725]

Should i contact my future employer

I have a 3 months notice and currently this is my last month in my present company and will be joining my future company on Jan 2015

But something make me uncomfortable is the last contact with my future company, HR was 2.5 months ago, signing offer letter at their firm.

So i wonder it is appropriate to contact my future HR/Manager, telling them i am doing fine and will be going to work on date stated on my offer letter?

Or i'm over worried?

Where would you recommend me to stay if i will be working around Jalan Sultan Ismail, KL?

Am looking for room near Bukit Bintang but even a small room costs 500 above.

So where else i should consider where i can easily access public transport to work?
