Latest Update: Hi my all lowyatt family. I already successfully bought a house havent got the key yet but still thanks for all the support. The pain of paying monthly rent has cured atleast its now my own house . wish all of u will get to buy your own house too..

My Dear Lowyatt forum friends... After my such a struggle to get a government job now I am giving up for it. But now I face another problem where I wanted to buy a house but whenver I went to bank to check the bank value it is very low around 50K from the selling price... . I cant Imagine in this Economy issues there is such an owner out there who just anyhow put the house price. If thier house was a landed houses in KL so it is reasonable... but just a middle class apartment even not worth at all. OHHHHHH i was so upset with this problem. Almost 24H my eyes were on mudah.com, iproperty, property guru all such apps to search for house then.. i find a house....A HOUSE... which i m not sure yet the bank value.. so tdy i just submitted the address just to check the bank value then will see either worth to buy.. Any body can help me the way to find a house which is Atleast Near to market value.. any TIPs for me??

Reason to buy house: for almost two years plus I am paying my house rent which is monthly RM900++ so why not i just buy my own house right ?

Budget : Below 250k ( I don want to pay so much high for monthly instalment once my loan approve.)

Bank: Not very sure which bank is good for housing loan...any suggestion?

Eligibility for loan amount : Below 300K only.

HI everyone.. I saw an advertisement at kementerian kewangan got position for candidate like me.. hmm but its written there 1year (contract) I was confius about the "CONTRACT" term...this ads i saw from their website not from SPA website. SO do you think that after that 1 year contract they will offer me for permanent?? or they just need it for temporary?? If i got the job then after 1 year they dont take me in for permanent then how ??? Should I take this job in-case??in-case I got it la....I am worried as it didn't come from SPA website..I heard someone say that if not from SPA website they will just finish your contract..thats all..

HI everyone...I was thinking do anyone can help me how to get to government job? I had sit for almost 5 time SPA exam. None of the exam they called me for an interview. I did not say I was too perfect.. but i just can say as I view myself in private sector, I am very qualified engineer. Had work wit big companies and had a good salary. Even though I know going to have a government job does make my salary very big gap...still I am willing to work with government.... but the government exam seems doesn't like me..... Hi friends, I would like to know anyone that can share with me about credit card experience as I never had any credit card yet. I am a mother of 1 baby girl and also working with private company. My salary is RM4k only . My age is 31. I was wondering as my all colleague ask me to get a credit card . I do not have a high maintenance in life. I do not have car yet but I do apply one for axia advance soon. Since all my friend were saying that I shud had a credit card as nowadays its " really important" but I never yet considered to have it. Am I right or outdated person?? can please share any experience about you having a credit card.??

I got an interview session with this "A" company. Very well known credit company. I got interview as an IT senior manager...but before I decide to go to the interview, I had some research on company background and found out it was sooo difficult to have current comment from any workers from that particular company. At last I found out that this company had a huge turnover rate. and I did not attend the interview as I do not want to waste my annual leave nor my MC.. huhu...As i heard about that company did not pay the O.T and also cannot go back on time .. I feel too tired to face this problem... but now with my current job... I just so happy that my current work place can go back on-time.. my salary was only RM4k.
