Refinance Related to Guarantor and Rental Income

Hi I have a few questions with regards to refinancing of a free of loan's completed property.

1. If I become a guarantor, will this appear in my CCRIS and increase my commitment thus reduce my loan-able amount in the next loan?

2. If I use rental income as an extra income to get higher loan however I didn't declare this rental income in my tax. Will this automatically alert the tax officer when I disclose this to the bank?

3. If my credit card application has been rejected recently will this also mean that my refinancing is likely to be rejected too? No reason given for the credit card rejection though. Just wondering whether they use the same scoring system?

I use "I" as the use case to ease the discussion.

Any insight help will be appreciated.

Number of Tenants Allowed In a House

A family of 8 contacting me for their interest on renting my 4r3b 2sty house. All 8 are adults, the parents, 1 son and 5 daughters. All are working personnel except the parents are retirees.

From the conversation I can feel his sincerity but I wonder anything to watch out for this as I have never rent to family with such number. The max I encountered is only 4. The number is double now.

I think with more tenants in the house that mean will cause more wears and tears to house as the spaces will be full utilised.

What's your opinion or experience?

Sell or Rent Puchong Putra Prima

Hi All Property Sifus,

I owe a 22x75 2STY house @ Puchong Putra Prima where earlier plan was for own stay but changed my mind. I am not actually closely monitor the property there so would like to seek everyone view as am not sure the future potential of appreciation at that area.

I am in the midst of decide to sell or rent the house. If want to sell now look like need to below bank value as the subsale market is quite slow now. This property has settled the loan so no issue of holding power but may best to cash out to invest somewhere has more potential if any...
