I'm thinking of investing in Cambodia Real Estate and I'm looking for guidance from someone who has it before..

So why I'm looking at Cambodia? Well for one, tourism industry is growing. No capital gains tax. Avg. rental yields are around 6% - 8%. These are the info that I gather from speaking to a developer over there. More importantly, property prices are cheap and I would like to see if I can buy something for around US$50,000 and make a quick flip.
