            <title>Cambodia Real Estate</title>
            <link>http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/3479955</link>
<description>I&amp;#39;m thinking of investing in Cambodia Real Estate and I&amp;#39;m looking for guidance from someone who has it before..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So why I&amp;#39;m looking at Cambodia? Well for one, tourism industry is growing. No capital gains tax. Avg. rental yields are around 6% - 8%. These are the info that I gather from speaking to a developer over there. More importantly, property prices are cheap and I would like to see if I can buy something for around US&amp;#036;50,000 and make a quick flip.</description>
