Initially it was eDP cable, I was gonna fix it myself but during opening of the screen cover i broke the fucking panel.

So had to buy the screen also...

The cable itself is more complicated that replacing the screen panel itself. But I did it anyway, in the past I also diy my phone battery and screen...

Btw what is the cost of replacing an eDP cable at the store? I heard some ppl charge rm300 just to replace the cable alone?

Planning to enter IT field but everyone saying cs is too crowded and unemployment is severe since now got AI

Really hard f&b business nowadays, maybe wanna close shop and perhaps venture into software development coz I bought a house here. Imo it was a bad decision and Im kinda stuck here, why I chose IT? Coz I can do remote work.

now since this is my first home, my lawyer or rather...the property agent's lawyer said no need stamp duty just MOT , SPA and other various fees amounting to rm5k

the house value is priced at 118k and i made a 50k loan from bank. i researched abit on the web and i found some calculations regarding subsale house and what i need to pay.

problem is, did they overcharge me or its a fair price? that rm5k is for legal processing spa mot and all included wo...

Against better judgement, I decided to buy the house and applied for 50k loan

And they told me it would 5.5% for 5 years.

I think it's ridiculous to be that high as their websites doesn't even have these numbers. At most maybe 4.5% but that's it. How do they set these rates anyway?

Currently looking to buy my first house, I live in a rural area and there's this old terrace house for sale.

120k but not sure how many years left. Booked with agent to see house this Thursday. My question is I may not be here for long maybe probably around 10 years.

If indeed I need to renew my leasehold how much do I pay? And does it appreciate in value better than freehold properties? This house is just behind 99 mamaks and s few other amenities like segi fresh and accounting firms

Update: I decided to buy it and got a 50k loan. I sent all my documentations and the banker told me the interest rate would be 5.5%. ain't 5.5 like really high? I see bank website also dun have such ridiculous interest rate ? Are they scamming me or how they profile my background to come to a 5.5% rate?

So, when new project launch got those take payment like rm100 some even got rm1000 to "book" a unit

So I did had 2 instances, one was a year ago eco majestic condo I gave rm1000 and in the end I didn't wan and they gave me back that rm1000 fee...

Now this time I apply a house in lagenda ardea near Tanjung malim and I gave rm100 but now I canceled already agent said cannot give back. I nvr bought a house before so I dunno the rules. Is this agent tipu me or what why that 1k can give back but this 100 cannot?

The case is my father has 6 brothers that means there's 7 beneficiaries once my grandma passed away.

Went grocery hunting in the morning.

Based on the picture provided, we can observe that foliage has started growing around the area filled with soil.

It used to be barren but from my observations the past few weeks, there have been a few cat droppings in that area. Someone poured soil and covered it but that wasn't enough to eradicate the smell wafting out. Some days later my old man decided to burn paper boxes on it in hope that the ashes can prevent the smell from emanating further.

The smell indeed was gone the day after. I paid it no mind for another week or so and today I found new plants growing front that very particular spot.

Niabeh I moved in a year ardy then suddenly come and tukar say I tampered with the meter

Dllm the shop 10 years no rent out then blame me usik meter, last tenant was around 10 years ago and that one also rent for 3 months once got loan passed hilang liao.

No wonder TNB every year also profit la dllm, now electric bill mcm anjeng high some more mau claim rugi from me.

Btw I already passed the letter to the agent who supervise this area, I hope the owner settle la coz I really dun wanna pay those 冤枉錢... really duit kesian
