Canine distemper

guys..my parents bought a rottweiler like 2 months ago..he was quite weak and skinny..we tried to feed him but he seldom eat and like no mood..and had very wet droppings..he is very adorable and likes to play with us..then he got well and we tot he was ok..then suddenly he became weak again and doesnt eat and droppings became watery again..we took him to a vet and d vet gave us some tablets and gave the dog a jab..after two days d dog still didnt get well and we decided to take d dog to another vet..the 2nd vet made some test and concluded that he is suffering from canine distemper..he gave him some serums and hopes the dog would be able to develop antibodies by himself..we will know in two days whether he will succeed onot..the vet asked us to be mentally prepared for not being able to see the dog again because..it is best to put the dog down if he could not develop the antibodies..and he mentioned that only 10 percent of all cases where the dog was able to successfully fight of the virus..

so this thread was created..to see if anyone here could help? if there is anyone who have dogs that recovered from this distemper illness?

i wish to know if there is anything else that we could do..before we decide to put the dog down..its really a very very difficult and heartbreaking decision to make..i am hoping against hope now and i know there isnt much chance of him surviving but im just trying to do all i can for now..

hi guys trying to get a all in one printer that has fax and scanning..been walking around and most shop keepers recommend me this brother mfc 260c model..i dont know much about all in one printers and i dun wanna blindly follow those shopkeepers' words..so i tot i will get some opinions from pros here b4 deciding whether to get it onot..all help is appreciated thanks you

N95 8g vs N85

Hi guys im gonna get a new phone soon and considering between the N95 8g and N85

I did some research on net but seems that there are diff views in some areas of the phones,which i need pros here that have actually used the phones to enlighten me pls..

first its the camera..on gsmarena, it is stated that N85's camera performance was below average, and pictures taken with the N95 are of better quality, which is evident from the sample pictures they presented. However, in other sites such as mobile88 etc states that N85's camera capabilities exceed those of the N95..

secondly would be N85's build quality..most sites said it is good but there is one particular blog which i dun remember where, has stated that the slider mechanism of the N85 act gets loose after few weeks of usage, and the bottom part of the phone(the plastic facing front) gets loose too although he never dropped the phone..

thirdly would be battery life..officially n85 supposed to last one day longer than n95 but i've heard that this is not actually the case..

i hope pros and sifus here can help me out and if possible recommend me on which phone to buy..thanks and happy new year

I have been googling for a gaming router and came out with this DLink DGL-4300 Wireless 108G Gaming Router..is it any good? i dun really know much about routers..

currently im using a desktop which connects to the router directly through lan cable, and ther are others using the internet wirelessly. im looking for a good router which will be able to allocate sufficient bandwidth for the destop to play online games even when others are using the internet.

pls let me know if this router is good and if there are any better recommendations. thanks alot

hi there, i would like to ask if there's any way to somehow restrict others from using too much bandwidth when sharing the same router through the same line? lets say something like limiting a max bandwidth that can be used by each of the wifi users?

hi all sifus here could pls help me out here?

i was using my net normally using my laptop,wireless. there's a router outside my room. just now the line was kinda slow and so my fren reset the router and did something to it..i dunno wat he did and i cant contact him now..now everyone in the house is able to connect to the internet except me..it keeps saying "windows is unable to find a certificate to log you on the network" after validating identification..wat does that mean?

help pls..thank you..

usb thumbdrive cannot be detected

my usb thumbdrive cannot be detected by my pc or any other pc..does it mean it is spoiled? i've onli bought it for less than half a year..is there any way to fix it or shd i just get help from the pc shops?

i found some old ram and hdd an thought of adding them into my pc so as to not waste them..but the rams were not compatible so i didnt put them in(slots do not fit) and the hdd is sata1 i think and my main is sata2..i took off one of my optical drive's cable and put in the old hdd's, then i tried to on my com,but my com could not on. the cpu was running as usual but the monitor could not detect that the cpu is on and it stays blank and says its "off mode". that happens usually when i turn my pc off.

after that i turned off my pc and removed the old hdd and connected my optical drives and turned my com on again, but it is now the same as when i had the old hdd in.. the cpu was running as usual but the monitor remains blank,as if the cpu is not on..

side note:my optical drives gave soft beeps when i turn the cpu on..the beeps were long apart..and it actually is not really beepeing sound..more like "umph" instead of "beep"..same like the sound when u 1st turn on the com and the optical drive activate..i tried taking off my optical drives but pc still cant on..

pls help..any help would be appreciated,thanks..
