2023 - C segment SUV

Planning to buy a new C-segment SUV in 2023. Seems like there are not much choices in the market. Feel free to suggest if there's any other.
X70 and Tiguan will not be consider because of erm not my cup of tea
I've tested the current version of CRV and CX5. Will list down the pros and cons below. (both is only 1 level up from the low spec)

CRV 1.5T 2WD Pros (compare to cx5)
- Big leg room
- Better acceleration (1.5T)
- Honda Sensing featured
- 18" rim and full LED
CRV Cons (compare to cx5)
- bad interior and no blind spot monitoring (compare to cx5)
- less comfort seats and short leg support (compare to cx5)
- Feeling Not solid chassis and absorber
- Can feel body roll during cornering
- RM170k otr with insurance (current generation)

CX5 2.0 High 2WD Pros (compare to CRV)
- Good interior with blind spot monitoring
- Good handling with GVC, solid chassis , good sound proof and less body roll
- Honda Sensing featured
- 360camera
- Good seats support
- RM165k otr with insurance and also FOC 5 years warranty (current generation)
CX5 Cons (compare to CRV)
- 17" rim
- Less Spacious especially 2nd row
- Less acceleration power

Feel free to share the experience and thoughts about this 2 cars.
In my opinion, for current generation, CX5 is much better compare to CRV. But it seems like the new gen are coming for both. CRV2023 being caught tested on the road, I believe it will be launch end of this year or next year maybe. But for CX5, i heard last year it will be in Malaysia 2023 first quarter but no news heard. I ask Mazda SA she told me BERMAZ NOT GONNA BRING CX5 THIS FACELIFT into malaysia Is that true?!?! Anyone have trusted source about this? I love the DRL so much

Realized that S20 series is using Li-Po Battery instead of Li-Ion. Note10 still using Li-Ion but why they changed to Li-Po instead for S20.
Li-Po is it much better than Li-Ion?

Utilities issue for second hand houses

Hi , recently I bought a second hand house, and the full payment from bank to the previous owner is already done about 1month ago. The S&P lawyer still holding the key for the house.
The reason is the S&P lawyer said they not yet received the confirmation for the settle of the utilities bill from previous owner. I was like WTF? Wanted to ask that is this should be happened? I thought the S&P lawyer should settle this before the payment make. If there is outstanding balance for the utilities bill(electricity or water) from previous owner, possible for me to register as new owner for the utilities? I had waited for 6months already. Any legal action should I take against the S&P? Need advises , thanks~

Oppo find7a vs Vivo xshot

it is very hard for me to decide between this two phone, the specs of these two phones are almost the same, just the front camera,xshot 8mp,find7a 5mp. totally have no idea which one is better, vivo xshot has the more beautiful interface with color os, oppo find7a has the more features like fast charging, ultra hd photo snapping, cheaper price. if the price not the concern for me ,which one is better? Any one using these two phones? I need some feedback thank you very much!

my old phone iphone 4s had dropped into toilet bowl unfortunately
Now i am going to change a new phone and i am have a low budget for it..around RM1.6k.

My parents is telling me to get a XiaoMi3 ...
Other than that, i am considering some others phone like Sony xperia Z2 , Lg Nexus 5, HTC one.
I think i have to choose one inside these 4.
Any suggestion ? i wanted my phone can be last longer like NOKIA ,which is my best choice?
May i know which phone inside this 4 phones have a very stable Operating system and interface?
I need some review to make decision.
