Recommend me a bicycle

As per title, newbie here looking for a bicycle for casual cycling. It's strictly casual cycling in the park or around my neighborhood. I am open to any types of bicycles, mountain bikes, folding bikes, etc. Preferably comes with gears so that climbing up slope will be easier.
Budget wise, I'm looking for something that is below 700 and I prefer something that's well worth the money.
