Knee Rehab

I kinda dislocated my knee a few years back while playing basketball. I was going for rebound and the other person who went for the same rebound landed on my thigh. So my knee buckle up, my leg was then 90 degree from my thigh. instead of going to hospital, my friend rush me to see chinese sifu at taman sea. I did not do any sports for 1 year+.

Then i started to play basketball again, occasionally i feel my knee twist abit and pain. Lost confident in jumping and fast break. Even if i play futsal, i whack the ball hard, i feel that my knee goes out of ligament and back to place, hurts like crazy cause i have high lift force. Any sports i do now, i will wear open or close patella depending on what sports i do.

I would love to listen any advice from anyone to help me get my knee into shape. Currently , i go cycling class and workout around my knee area to build muscle around it.

Guys, anyone can recommend me a nice place to dine for Christmas.
I had Sheraton (subang) last year and it wasn't that nice, was thinking of Jogoya then again i heard it became worst and i tried calling damn it no one pick up the phone

Any nice suggestions. Going to have to make a booking fast.

regarding trust fund

I was wondering is it good to stop investing in trust funds given the situation around right now. I invested in public mutual (public far east select) and received last month statement and it doesn't look very good.

I was thinking is it stupid to trade a 1st hand car for a 2nd hand car for finances reason. What i am currently paying for my wira is about Rm520 a month for nearly 3 1/2 years. Down payment 15k that time.

I was thinking to change to a 2nd car so i can pay less than Rm300 a month. Is it worth it?

weird problem

I wonder any of you face this problem before.

I when back hometown for cny for 10 days. When i came back my modem does not work the DSL keep on blinking then stable then blink. So i call tmnet they came over and tested the line with their modem and it's works. So i assumed that my modem is fried so i when to buy a new one, guess what... the same problem occur again, so i call tmnet they came over again with another of their modem and it works. I when back to the shop to test the modem i bought and it works fine. This is so weird and getting me frustrated. I need help or advise from anyone. I would greatly appreciate it.

Does anyone know which company provide PDA hardware customization and manufacture in large quantities?

Basically it's like building up a rig where we choose the casing, ram, processor and etc......
But this is in term's of a PDA. Any information would be appreciated. thanks

Semi-Auto Cars

I am kinda noob in cars but i wonder is it possible to convert an auto car to semi-auto for proton wira or is it a waste.. or worst stupid idea. I plan install turbo in my car it's kinda under power 1.5 Wira, turbo plus auto is kinda ridiculous rite?

Any opinion would be appreciated.
