GPU Prices

Hi guys, just confused about 2nd hand prices for GPU in Malaysia. I understand that GPUs now prices wayyy too high, so I was looking at used GPUs. Then I realise that the 2nd hand GPUs cost the same as new (sometimes even higher)

Is this the classic demand > supply or just how Malaysia is in general? Never looked at GPUs prior to the shortage so not sure what is considered normal.

I'm currently deciding between IACT (Media, Culture and Communication) and Sunway (Digital Film Production). I'm thinking about taking a Diploma in Animation. Although, some colleges actually advertise it as Diploma in Multimedia Design. How does the two differ? Which would be better? Also, I need a list of recommendations of colleges. Can anyone shed some light for me?

EU 3DS games?

So my bro recently bought the new 3ds from Australia and I know its the EU version. He already has games but I don't want to overwrite over his save files. Is there any stores that sell EU version games?

New N3DS or old. EU or NA.

Just wondering, with the new 3DS releasing soon, I've got a couple of questions.
1. I feel that I should wait for the New 3DS to release because the speed is significantly faster than the normal 3DS, but I'm afraid if I wait till next year for NA version, my parents won't get it for me because I might get bad results for my exams. (F3 this year, PT3 is blehhh). So, wait or just get it now?

2. If I buy the EU New 3DS (word is that its releasing on 21 Nov this year) can I set the eshop settings to NA and use the eshop to buy all my games? My bro is in Australia so he could probably get it for me.

3. EU New 3DS or NA New 3DS?
