lets say i already working in current company for 6yrs , but no promotion , job title still remain when i enter the company because company doesn't practice hierarchy , although salary already high enough compare to market rate
but every time see friends at same age already all managerial role, i malu to say that i'm still an entry level title
is title really important? or salary is good enuf would do ..?

Recently encounter this issue with GDEX, parcel at their hub for a week, every morning out for delivery then change incomplete address , complaint 4-5times to their CS to ask what's the issue , say will check and update me but never. Its feels like those deliver guy who lazy to send / too many parcel , then simply put an excuse on customer.

Wanna ask how do banks approve credit cards applications ?
I'm in 30yo , haven't apply any cc before, applied 4 cc diff bank but all rejected.
Only has car loan which going end in another year, ptptn left a few K only.
My salary not k standard, but not low also, the cc i applied all min salary 2-3K only

I ask friend, he say profile too clean (?), so bank wont approve cc, but sure everyone would have the 1st cc.

So how ???

I used to check Google Reviews before visiting to businesses.
But recently went to a quite famous optic shop with 4.9stars , in the end they request me to post a 5star review to get a spray and cloth.
Last week went to bought a mattress , they request for a 5star review for extra discount.
Since all review nowadays are based on freegift and discounts , seems the reviews not credible as before.
