We are providing personal shopper services for any designer bags, clothing, jewellery, makeup etc (you name it as long as it’s legal) from BERLIN. It’s not under a tourist VISA, hence no VAT refund is available. However, you are able to get your hands on any goods that are not available in Malaysia.

Step – 1
Please provide us a list of items you are seeking. Any photo, model no./name, size, colour, exact amount etc. The more details the better.

Step – 2
Kindly give us a few hours or days, which we will advise accordingly and we will quote you. Price will definitely be negotiable. To prove authenticity of the item, we will also provide the receipt of the purchased item for an ease of mind.

Step – 3
Once all is in order, kindly proceed to bank in a minimum of 50% deposit and the remaining can be banked in once item has reached Malaysia and we prepare for courier (if required, please refer to Step – 3a).

So my mother hired this kid a few months back. He left the office with the company belongings and an advancement of RM1000 with no news *items he signed off is attached*.

My mom tried calling him and someone picked up who mentioned that it was his wife. She then told my mom that Aqil has met with a horrible accident which got him into a coma. My mom then gave her 2 days to deliver us with the police report and medical report of his "condition". They never got back to us. We tried calling him and he turned off his phone. I used an alternate number to call him, he picked up, I said I'm looking for Aqil and he answered me. I managed to find his wedding info off facebook and got the details of his family and they confirmed that he did not get into an accident.

I managed to whatsapp him and he promised to return all the items which he stole from the company. However as of today, he has only returned the company phone but the rest of the items and money is still with him. So I would like the public to know this rat so you can all be cautious of this thief.

he has returned the company phone but the advancement of RM1000 is still not returned. He promised to return by end of May. We have been very kind to him already. He is now a father and a husband yet he still behaves incompetently.

I have paid a deposit for an item on lowyat and 2 days later he told me the price has increased to a rm100. What should I do? Continue paying him extra or back out and request for a refund?
